Order process will not start until 100% payment is received.
We guarantee a safe and timely delivery. We provide you with a tracking no to help you track the package. The shipping cost depends on the sizes of the product.
All products are checked and are shipped only if in perfect condition. We are not responsible for any negligence or damage during shipment. Freight Insurance is optional and can be added for additional charge. Once the package is delivered, check for any damage and report them to the carrier IMMEDIATELY. Send us a copy of these documents as well. Add 'We reserve the right to check the product' in the delivery documents. Keep both the packaging and the product to claim any insurance for any insured shipment. Additional photos of the damage will help too. Do not ship the product back to us.
It is understood that the customer accepts all the above terms and conditions when an order is placed. If there is any matter to be contested, the contract will be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Elbert County Georgia.
